Lessor shall have the right to inspect the equipment during Lessee’s normal business hours upon request. All alterations shall be property of the Lessor and subject to the term within. Lessee shall make no alterations to the device without prior written consent of the Lessor. All such damage charges will be chargeable against your refundable security deposit and if the same is insufficient, the lessee shall pay the same to the lessor. Accordingly, we will charge you MRP of the device. The determination of "damage" will be at the sole discretion of the lessor.
In the event of damage, we will email you and intimate you about the same. Upon receipt of the device, we will verify for the device. Failure to check and/or report the same will be constituted as your having received a playable disc. Any anomaly, if found, must be reported to us by email. Upon receipt of the device, you must ensure that the same is playable. DAMAGESĪll devices sent to you have been checked to be in a working condition prior to dispatch. The rental amount paid is NON-REFUNDABLE only the security deposit is REFUNDABLE. This deposit shall be returned to the Lessee upon return of the device, subject to the option of the Lessor to apply it against any charges or damages incurred. In addition to the rental fee, the Lessee shall pay a security deposit of INR 5000 prior to receiving the device and at the time of delivery of the device. Lessee shall pay to the Lessor an additional lease charge per day for each day the equipment has not been returned, in addition to the daily rental fee. All charges shall commence from the Effective Date of this invoice. Additional charges shall be added in the event the equipment is damaged or missing any parts. The rental fee is based on a rate mentioned in the invoice per day, plus any additional fees incurred.
